About Epic Char
Epic Char exists to bring about the production of high-quality, certified Biochar to meet market demand.
We work with stakeholders to deliver successful Biochar projects. We know the PYREG system has the scale, the environmental and technical pedigree. It has the proven quality over time and by Standard Certifiers.

The most challenging aspect for many projects is ensuring there are buyers for the Biochar. We work closely with the market and the science community to understand how best to maximise and measure the benefits of biochar. This work enables us to offer offtake purchase agreements for each Biochar project at a suitable price and term to make the financials for the project attractive. We can also offer purchase agreements available for the electricity and the Biochar Carbon Removal credits.

Our role extends to ensuring the volume and quality of the Biochar and Biochar Carbon Removal credits meets international standards, so we stay involved and support every project for as long as the offtake agreement is in place.
